Erasmus+ Exchange of Good Practices for Youth
Laboratory of Creative Rural Ideas for Youth was a Network for experimentation, testing and exchange of ideas, which integrates a Digital Platform for collaboration and management of Good Rural Practices, promoting the entrepreneurial spirit and promoting pilot projects of local development in the European rural area.
A space for dialogue, reflection and critical analysis where participants, from rural territories, can express and show their potential and creativity, presenting problems to identify, investigate and innovate.
All this, through a program of activities that integrates training actions that will promote innovative informal and non-formal learning methods and tools, in order to define real job opportunities.
The activities addressed by the project will help its beneficiaries to reflect on social innovation, youth association, perception and organisation of the territory, diversifying cultural approach, promoting professional skills in rural areas.
Goals
- Promote the critical spirit of the European rural territory.
- Promote the motivation and participation of young people, through a civic participation structure and the creation of a Digital Platform.
- Promote spaces for training and exchange of Good Rural Practices, in different areas of action: rural development, revaluation of endogenous resources, heritage and culture, entrepreneurship, self-employment and youth association.
- Share innovative and creative techniques, methods and strategies, including the application of ICT.
- Generate dynamic groups in rural areas and long-term synergies.
- Involve other social groups in the territory (older people, people with disabilities, women in situations of social disadvantage, etc.); as well as personnel from other collaborating entities.
- Exchange civic experiences at a linguistic, cultural and social level.
- Promote the cultural identity of European peoples in an innovative way and promote activities with great social impact.
- Value the traditions and popular customs of European peoples as a source of development and settlement of the youth population.
