On the 13th of October we held our Erasmus Days 2025 event in Malta and it deserves the description of “what’s cooking?” in two ways.
Students from ITS had a work experience in the kitchen of Sotto Pinsa Romana that specialiseds in Italian – mostly Roman – food.
At the same time we had a very interactive and emotional exchange with stakeholders in the world of disabilities and with parents. We discussed their perceptions and perplexities about protocols and insecurities that the unknown could create in a mobility experience. We shared our experience and our insights as well and we ended with a general plan for future cooperation to augment scope and reach of the PR.I.M.E. project.
A special thank you goes to the Institute of Tourism Studies, the stakeholders and the management of Sotto for the overall engagement in the event.
